 A Brief History & Philosophy
Headquartered in Delafield, Wisconsin, Grade A Construction, Inc. was founded in 1982, and incorporated in 1983. Originally a drywall contractor, we've added insulation, custom painting and staining within the last 18 years. After 9 years at this location, and a recent expansion, our existing 17,000 square foot building is a testimony of our growth. This addition and plans for future expansion will allow us to continue to offer the best products and services to our customers.
Our philosophy of "honesty, knowledge and pride combined with a good ethic of communication," has assured us of great business relationships. In today's market, these qualities are mandatory to insure confidence in what we have to offer.
Since the beginning, Grade A's focus has been to give our customers the highest quality, "Grade A" products and services, all in a time saving, efficient manner, yet still at a competitive price. We have affiliated ourselves with the best brand name products and set our standards high for the services we provide. This means traceable quality from manufacturing through installation, to the finished product as you see it. We strive for quality from the insulation and drywall installers, and from the applicators of the textures and final coats of paint or stain that turn a simple structure into a home. Some of Milwaukee, Waukesha and Madison's premier builders prove the quality of their homes to their buyers through efficient climate control, the result of quality insulation installation; straight lines in the corners and perceptive warmth, the product of the customer's chosen colors and textures. All this is provided through teamwork with the builder, by Grade A Construction, Inc.
Grade A has established its quality standards by maintaining a staff led by a Quality Control Manager in each of our Insulation, Drywall and Painting and Staining divisions, with over 30 years of service in their respective fields. Our installers are highly trained and use only the most consistent and technically current methods in the industry. Each phase of each job is monitored for quality, efficiency and safety. In addition, Jim Yaresh, a principle partner, served on the Energy Star Advisory Board and exceeded its standards on every job. We have achieved energy rating scores that rank us among the top contractors in the country.
